I’m a PMP certified professional with more than two decades of experience in Saudi Arabia’s higher education. I help institutions turn academic and operational needs into practical solutions that support teaching, learning, and everyday work.
My experience spans LMS architecture and administration, online assessment, instructional design, e-learning development, and accreditation support. I have administered Blackboard for 5,500+ users across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Ahsa, supported 250+ examinations annually, and developed interactive learning resources using ADDIE and outcome-based education principles.
From gathering requirements and mapping workflows to coordinating implementation and training, I work closely with academic teams, IT specialists, leadership, and vendors. My approach combines technical knowledge, international curriculum collaboration, and a focus on helping people use technology effectively.
